The HAC-C-P hot-rolled anchor channel is a high-performance pre-buried product with standard sizes and lengths, suitable for a variety of applications. Offering a wide range of material and corrosion-resistant options, including stainless steel, A4 (austenitic stainless steel), and hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, this anchor channel can be flexibly adapted to the corrosion resistance requirements of different environments. The channel profiles are available in two sizes, HAC-C-P 40/22 and HAC-C-P 50/30, to meet diverse load and installation requirements. It also supports PROFIS software for design and calculation, providing professional technical support for engineering applications.

    Instructions

    • Surfaces and materials should be clean and free of dust and grease. When used as adhesive: apply in beads or dots onto the material which needs to be bonded, press the material strongly onto the substrate and leave to set. When used as sealant: apply in a regular bead and smoothen immediately with Soudal Joint Finish or a soapy solution. Optimal application temperature +5°C until +25°C. Final strength will be achieved 24 hours after application.
